DENNIS M. WARD, CPA
Dennis founded WARD, LANE & ASSOCIATES, P.C. in 1978, after having been employed as a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, a financial analyst with a major corporation and a college accounting professor. A 1974 graduate of Northern Illinois University, Dennis is a member of the AICPA, ICPA, NACVA and holds a Certificate of Educational Achievement (CEA) in Business Valuations from the AICPA. His position with the firm involves that of Managing Partner and principal in charge of litigation support, business valuations and other areas that are unique to client support. He has provided litigation support on a Federal level as well as several states. Dennis lives in Elgin with his wife Deborah, has three daughters and six grandchildren.

DANIEL G. LANE, CPA
Dan joined the firm shortly after graduating from Eastern Illinois University with Bachelor of Science in 1986. His position as the Operations Partner, since 1989, is a reflection of his dedication to serving the clients and a high level of professional competence. His primary areas of client involvement are Manufacturing, Service Industries, Retail and Construction. A member of the AICPA and the ICPA, Dan is the managing partner in charge of client services and employee development. Dan lives in St. Charles with his wife Tracie, has two daughters and one son as well as four grandchildren.
